Who you are buying from

Mike Slaiter, trading as The Goodbye Words, Taunton, Somerset, UK. Contact: hello@whatdoisay.co.uk.

What you are buying

Checkout is run by Payhip, who sell the packs on my behalf and take the payment. Each pack is a digital PDF download. You get the download link straight after payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.

What the talks are, and what they are not

The talks are one parent's words, written from experience, to help you speak with your child. They are not counselling, therapy or medical advice, and they are not a replacement for professional support. If you are worried about your child, please speak to your GP, your child's school, or a bereavement service such as Child Bereavement UK, Winston's Wish or Cruse Bereavement Support.

Refunds

If a pack does not help, email me within 30 days of buying it and I will refund you in full. No reason needed.

By law, you normally lose the 14-day right to cancel a digital download once it has started. The promise above is on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.

Using the packs

You may download, print and use a pack for your own family, and share a printed copy with the people helping your child, such as a grandparent or teacher. Please do not resell it, upload it elsewhere, or share the file publicly.

If something goes wrong

If a download does not work, email me and I will send it again. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
